Go Intellects Inc. seeks a Sr. Service Now Developer to serve as the primary administrator for the DCPS Service Now instance in Washington, DC, onsite.
You will configure and maintain forms, lists, workflows, notifications, and reporting, while supporting ITSM, HRSD, S2P and other modules. You’ll translate business needs into technical solutions, design end-to-end Service Catalog items and automations using Flow Designer, and collaborate with OCTO and internal IT teams to ensure upgrade readiness
