As a Front Office Support Specialist, you’ll bring your leadership, Strategic tactical and technical expertise to work alongside thought leadersin engineering on projects for the U.S. Navy. You’ll use your skills and expertise to plan, coordination and execute responses of external data calls and assist in providing a consolidated and unified position for our clients. Work with us to drive the development and improvement of internal processes and policies required to effectively operate a large complex, highly dynamic Navy staff.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience operating as part of a large staff complex staff in a high-tempo environment

• Experience working with ETMS2 and CATMS

• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Planner

• Experience with Share Point

• Knowledge of the Department of the Navy Correspondence Manual

• Knowledge of the POM and PPBE processes

• Ability to coordinate with all stakeholders to meet or exceed delivery dates

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with contract administration

• Experience on SYSCOM staff

• Experience with Big "A" Acquisition

• Knowledge of NEPS and ePS

• Possession of strong strategic, oral, and written communication skills

• Master's degree preferred

• PMP certification preferred

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
