NO THIRD PARTY VENDORSSoft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst/Tester for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.
Responsibilities- Identify functional requirements and create user stories.
- Test developed stories and ensure application QA.
- Prepare and participate in internal design sessions.
- Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
- Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed.
- Top Secret Cleared.
- Required to report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Experience with Business Requirement Analysis.
- Experience with Agile Project Management.
- Experience with JIRA Ticketing.
- Experience with Manual Testing.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Clear written communication and documentation skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
- Able to develop strong client relationships.
