Associate General Counsel

USAC’s target compensation range for a new hire into this position is $130,000- $155,000 USD per year. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors based on knowledge, skills, and experience, as evaluated throughout the interview process. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus. We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and collaborative professional to serve as an Associate General Counsel for our Office of General Counsel who will deal with a multitude of in-house legal issues facing a large non-profit corporation, with an emphasis on employment law, litigation, and administrative regulatory law with experience in FCC regulations and telecommunications. The Associate General Counsel will support the Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel in developing, managing, and implementing the Office of General Counsel’s (OGC) work with the four Universal Service Fund (USF) programs and related divisions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of operations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
