The Senior Relativity One Administrator will serve as the principal technical resource responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting an enterprise Relativity One environment used for complex litigation and electronic discovery matters. The position works directly with attorneys, litigation teams, reviewers, and technical staff to develop search strategies, support document review workflows, resolve user issues, and prepare outgoing productions. This individual will ensure users have a reliable and properly configured environment for managing document review, advanced searches, privilege analysis, and production activities.

The position works directly with attorneys, litigation teams, reviewers, and technical staff to develop search strategies, support document review workflows, resolve user issues, and prepare outgoing productions. This individual will ensure users have a reliable and properly configured environment for managing document review, advanced searches, privilege analysis, and production activities.

This is a hands-on position for an accomplished Relativity professional who combines platform expertise, technical problem solving, and responsive client support. The administrator will configure databases and work spaces, resolve local and remote access issues, evaluate technical risks, support production activities, and provide specialized training tailored to litigation teams. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor who can translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance, manage competing priorities, and deliver dependable support under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, maintain, configure, and support an enterprise Relativity One environment used for complex litigation and electronic discovery matters.
  • Configure new databases and work spaces, including fields, layouts, views, permissions, workflows, and other application settings.
  • Assist with high-level database architecture and design based on matter-specific legal, review, and production requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational security policies, Relativity requirements, and other applicable system and technical requirements.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate technical risks affecting the eDiscovery database environment.
  • Lead the technical preparation of outgoing productions, including quality checking coding fields and confirming that production deliverables meet applicable technical specifications.
  • Support the preparation, quality review, and generation of privilege logs.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and litigation teams to develop and implement advanced search strategies and document review workflows.
  • Apply eDiscovery technologies, processes, and industry best practices to support large-scale, technically complex matters.
  • Troubleshoot local and remote user access, permissions, navigation, performance, and other technical issues.
  • Coordinate end-user support and resolve complex or escalated technical requests.
  • Provide specialized, hands-on Relativity One training to attorneys, paralegals, reviewers, and litigation support personnel.
  • Assist remote users with accessing, navigating, searching, and working within Relativity One work spaces.
  • Plan and coordinate technical activities while managing client expectations, deadlines, priorities, and risk.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, new platform capabilities, and potential workflow improvements.
  • Provide technical and managerial guidance to other eDiscovery professionals, as assigned.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for configurations, procedures, production activities, technical decisions, and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance or suitability determination.
  • At least five years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support for large, complex matters involving significant eDiscovery challenges.
  • Extensive hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting Relativity or Relativity One.
  • Thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and its application throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.
