Director, FLC Healthcare

• Deliver day-to-day data analytics services to clients
• Provide industry-specific analytics solutions through complex, data-intensive analyses
• Manage entire project life cycles, delegate responsibilities, manage client relationships, and execute statements of work
• Design and manage complex data models using external and internal client data
• Serve as a day-to-day contact leader for FTI team members, client personnel and advisors
• Oversee project documentation, visualizations, written analyses, reports, and presentations
• Manage multiple client and internal priorities in high-pressure environments
• Develop and adhere to project budgets and timelines; assist with staffing decisions
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Participate in business development, proposals, collateral development, client meetings, and new service offering identification
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with current and prior clients
• Participate in and deliver internal and external training opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience
• Experience managing multiple work streams/projects, delegating responsibilities to junior team members, and managing client relationships
• Subject Matter Expertise within healthcare compliance, government healthcare programs, statistical analysis or industry
• Ability to effectively communicate findings and expertise to various stakeholders and/or public presentations
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and expand business opportunities
• Support of Expert testifiers: report drafting, writing, document review, industry research
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
• Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Experience using SQL and Python to collate, transform and analyze data
• Experience collecting, aggregating and standardizing data through web scraping, PDF parsing, etc.
• Proficiency with natural language processing, statistical analysis, regression, clustering and predictive models
• Knowledge of data governance and data privacy best practices

Demonstrates expertise in data analytics and project management, with a strong focus on client relationship building and industry-specific solutions. Proficient in data visualization, statistical analysis, and managing complex data models while mentoring junior team members.
