We are looking for a consultant for the Radiant team that is approved through the end of the year to help with our ticket backlog. The consultant must be Epic Radiant Certified and have 5+ years of build experience. The role aligns with a Senior Analyst level resource and requires strong Epic Radiant build expertise
RESPONSIBILITIES- Approximately 70% ticket backlog resolution and support activities
- Approximately 30% Epic Radiant build, configuration, and enhancement work
- Partner with Radiant team members and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve outstanding requests
- Support ongoing operational needs within the Epic Radiant application
- Deliver timely ticket resolution and build updates through the engagement
- Epic Radiant Certification
- 5+ years of Epic Radiant build experience
- Proven ability to work independently and manage ticket based support work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including strong documentation
- Servicenow Experience.
- Experience supporting high volume ticket backlogs
- Healthcare IT consulting experience
- Experience working within large Epic environments
