Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

We’re working with a large, well-established firm that partners with some of the world’s biggest companies, including Fortune 500 organizations, helping them get more out of their business systems, improve the way they operate, and ultimately save money.

They’re now looking to add a D365 F&O Consultant to their internal team.

You’ll be joining an established team of three D365 F&O professionals
, working together to support and continually improve the firm's internal Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with a team, getting involved in different areas of D365 F&O, and seeing the impact their work has across the wider business.

What you'll be doing

You’ll work alongside the existing D365 F&O team and the wider business to make sure the system continues to work effectively and evolves with the needs of the organization.

Day to day, this could include:

• Working with the existing D365 F&O team to support the internal system
• Working with finance, operations, and other teams across the business to understand their needs
• Helping identify ways to improve and streamline existing processes
• Configuring and enhancing D365 F&O
• Getting involved in new projects, improvements, and system changes
• Troubleshooting issues and helping users get the most out of the system
• Working with external partners and technical teams when needed
• Helping with integrations, testing, upgrades, and new functionality
• Sharing ideas and best practices with the wider D365 team

What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who has a good understanding of D365 F&O and enjoys working closely with both technology and the business.

You’ll ideally have:

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience in a D365 F&O consulting, implementation, support, or functional role
• A good understanding of ERP processes and how D365 F&O supports a business
• The ability to work with both technical teams and business users
• A practical, problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A willingness to get involved and learn new areas of the system
