AI Success Architect

• Partner with customers from implementation onward to design use of MCP and LLM platforms with Meltwater data
• Establish technical and workflow foundations to drive adoption
• Help customers build skills, agents, and repeatable workflows that transform Meltwater data into reports, briefs, and deliverables
• Develop and share best practices for combining Meltwater data with customer-provided datasets
• Advise on data structuring, prompting, and data hygiene
• Own the customer experience outside the Meltwater product
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Managers, and Implementation teams
• Stay current on AI models, agent frameworks, and MCP tooling and translate developments into practical customer guidance
• Identify recurring friction points and create enablement materials, playbooks, or product feedback
• Build senior-level relationships with sophisticated customer stakeholders
• Represent customer needs internally to Product and Solutions Consulting leadership

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, product specialist, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Hands-on fluency with LLM platforms and agentic tooling, including building and structuring custom skills or agents
• Working understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or comparable connector architectures
• Understanding of data flows from a platform into an LLM environment
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business workflows and business needs into technical setups
• Experience supporting large, complex, or enterprise-scale accounts
• Curiosity about AI and demonstrated use of AI tools
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with CS, Account Management, and Implementation
• Excellent communication skills with technical stakeholders and senior business decision-makers
• Prior experience with Meltwater's product suite or similar media intelligence/social listening platforms is a plus, but not required

Demonstrates expertise in solutions consulting with a focus on LLM platforms and MCP tooling, effectively translating technical capabilities into actionable business workflows. Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and drive customer adoption through tailored enablement materials and best practices.
