The Role
IT Impact Consulting is seeking a One Stream Functional Lead to translate complex PPBE and budget formulation processes into clear system requirements and functional designs. The role will lead stakeholder engagement, coordinate delivery work streams, and guide testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Why This Role- Lead stakeholder workshops and translate PPBE processes into system requirements
- Design and validate processes, data models, workflows, reports, automated outputs, and system load files
- Coordinate functional and development work streams, risks, testing, and UAT
- Map legacy and future-state budget formulation workflows
- Lead user training, knowledge transfer, deployment, and post-deployment stabilization
- 5+ years of experience leading stakeholder workshops and translating PPBE and budget formulation processes into clear system requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and validating processes, data models, workflows, reports, automated outputs, and system load files
- Experience coordinating functional and development work streams, including status tracking, risk management, issue resolution, testing, and UAT
- Ability to comply with applicable DoD security, privacy, cybersecurity, and system access requirements
- Practical experience supporting complex PPBE Budget Formulation preferred
- Experience with General Fund and/or Working Capital Fund environments, appropriation structures, Justification Books, and budget exhibits preferred
- Experience leading the functional design and implementation of One Stream solutions preferred
