Data Analyst
Harmony Tech is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Program Analyst I specializing in business and data analysis with expanded program coordination responsibilities. You will be working with a high-performing agile team supporting a federal program and coordinating critical activities across multiple organizational units and offices.
Position is available in Washington, DC, requires US citizenship. Travel is not required.
Roles and Responsibilities- Provide analytical and consultative services across all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software design, system and performance testing, and implementation.
- Analyze and review budgets, schedules, program resources, and project activities to support successful program execution.
- Identify resource shortfalls, risks, and issues and provide recommendations to mitigate potential impacts.
- Participate in requirements analysis sessions and review business, system, and integration requirements to ensure they meet program needs.
- Conduct research, review test results, monitor system testing, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Develop and present reports detailing findings, risks, and proposed solutions.
- Lead the coordination of critical programs requiring collaboration across multiple organizational units and offices.
- Manage and validate program data by ensuring data integrity, performing quality control, and preparing program data for review by senior leadership.
- Develop and manage new processes focused on streamlining operations and creating efficiencies.
- Use strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate policies, guidance, findings, and recommendations to client offices and senior leadership.
- Minimum of four years of related experience in program analysis and project support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating projects or programs involving multiple teams, offices, or organizational units.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing and validating program data.
- Experience with quality control, data analysis, and program reporting.
- Experience developing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
