Job Overview

Georgetown University comprises two unique campuses in the nation’s capital. With the Hilltop Campus located in the heart of the historic Georgetown neighborhood, and the Capitol Campus, just minutes from the U.S. Capitol and U.S. Supreme Court, Georgetown University offers rigorous academic programs, a global perspective, and unparalleled opportunities to engage with Washington, D.C. Our community is a close-knit group of remarkable individuals driven by intellectual inquiry, a commitment to social justice, and a shared dedication to making a difference in the world.

The Beeck Center for Social Impact & Innovation at Georgetown University is dedicated to improving how people experience government by strengthening the design and delivery of public services. As a nonprofit, nonpartisan center, we catalyze cross-sector collaboration to advance people-first, digitally-enabled approaches through applied research, peer learning, and hands-on support—helping government deliver better outcomes for communities.

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the growth and execution of the Digital Government Hub and amplify our broader network ecosystem. The Product Manager serves as the product owner and manager for the Digital Government Hub, overseeing content strategy, library operations, publication development, and platform enhancements that strengthen the Hub as a trusted resource for government practitioners. Additionally, this role provides critical project management and operational support for Digital Government Network initiatives, including the coordination of special events, member engagement activities, and cross-functional projects that advance network objectives.

The Product Manager also leads the production and management of the Civic Stack newsletter, developing and executing communications strategies that amplify network resources, increase audience engagement, and support ecosystem growth. This is an ideal role for an impact-driven professional who sits at the intersection of product management, community engagement, and digital communications, and who is passionate about building accessible public goods for public service professionals.
