- Create user-centric design solutions that enhance brand experiences and drive customer engagement
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Map user journeys and optimize interactions across touchpoints
- Apply human-centered design principles to address user needs
- Develop user interface prototypes and gather stakeholder feedback
- Explore emerging technologies and innovative design strategies
- Participate in iterative design development and integrate feedback
- Support client engagements by contributing to tailored tax services through design solutions
- Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver design solutions and enhance user experiences
- Learn and contribute to client engagements while developing professional skills and managing projects effectively
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles; job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements
- Preference for at least one of:
Design, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Visual Communication, Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia, Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology - Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA
- Proficiency in user interface prototyping and usability testing
- Experience or capability in creative design and user experience research
- Knowledge of human-centered design
- Ability to leverage AI to create efficiencies and innovate ways of working
- Up to 20% travel
