Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, stakeholder engagement, or project coordination/management in a technical or service‑focused environment.
- Knowledge of technology applications and platforms that enable CAO business.
- Solid understanding of core AI concepts and knowledge of GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG/MCP architecture and agents, preferred.
- Ability to manage information technology projects.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer services experiences to customers.
- Knowledge of Organizational Change Management principles; ability to develop and implement measurements and metrics to achieve positive change.
- Knowledge of Technical Change Management/Service Management/ITIL preferred.
- Knowledge of digital channels and communications technology and skill in marketing and branding.
- Skill in project and program management, including stakeholder engagement and management of large, technical projects.
- Skill in consultation and coordination.
- Skill in data collection and survey development; ability to analyze and manage data, conduct research, and develop reports.
- Ability to develop and implement creative and innovative concepts into new and existing content.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with executive leadership, management staff, information technology professionals, and non-technical users.
