We’re seeking a Solutions Architect to design, build, and enhance client workflows, acting as a trusted adviser and ensuring their success with

• Workflow Design: Build and optimize 5-10  client workflows weekly, addressing inefficiencies and enhancing processes.
• Client Management: Serve as the main contact, maintaining detailed notes and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise: Research best practices, implement integrations/automations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Customer Training: Provide expert guidance on  features via email, video calls, and meetings.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with clients to refine procedures and achieve operational efficiency.

• 3+ years in a Project Manager or Solutions Architect role.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with
• Experience in startups, with process development and team building.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
