Ability to supervise and lead a diverse workforce. **

Knowledge of contract preparation and contractor monitoring policies and procedures.**

Knowledge of IT Troubleshooting Methodologies.

Ability to apply project management methodologies and techniques to plan and manage complex IT projects.
