ERP Financial Systems and Sustainment Analyst – Levels

Support Navy ERP ECC financial operations, sustainment, and audit readiness
Research abnormal balances, transaction errors, interface issues, and financial data discrepancies
Reconcile legacy financial data and reports with Navy ERP data
Conduct root-cause analysis and develop corrective actions for data-quality and system issues
Support financial statement validation, internal controls, audit response, and remediation
Assist with Navy ERP organizational and master-data changes associated with command reorganizations
Support updates to organization codes, fund centers, cost centers, UICs, business areas, plants, activity rates, WBS elements, networks, and related structures
Coordinate personnel, payroll, labor, travel, procurement, asset, and financial-system dependencies
Support Navy ERP testing, mock events, system changes, and validation of migrated or converted data
Develop and maintain dashboards, data visualizations, reports, and analytical tools using Navy ERP data and platforms such as Advana/Jupiter
Develop business rules, standard operating procedures, job aids, and localized training materials
Prepare variance analyses, mitigation strategies, corrective action plans, recommendations, and leadership briefings
Maintain project schedules, plans of action and milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reports
Collaborate with Navy financial managers, system owners, functional organizations, auditors, and other contractor teams
Support occasional onsite meetings, testing events, or mission requirements outside normal working hours

• Relevant experience in Navy ERP or another large federal ERP environment, federal or Department of Defense financial management, accounting, reconciliation, audit readiness, internal controls, ERP sustainment, modernization, migration, testing, system implementation, data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, data cleansing, organizational change, training, communications, process improvement, or project/program management
• Ability to analyze complex financial, functional, or system issues and communicate findings clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with Government personnel and integrated contractor teams
• Ability to safeguard Privacy Act, personally identifiable, business-sensitive, and Government information
• Ability to satisfy applicable Government facility, system-access, background-investigation, and security requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or another relevant field
• For certain business systems and SME positions, two additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement
• Financial Analyst positions may require CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM, or CDFM
• Senior Business Systems Analyst positions may require CISA or a similar IT professional certification
• Program Manager candidates must possess a PMP certification
• Direct Navy ERP ECC experience
• Experience with Navy ERP financial, project, funds management, controlling, procurement, asset, labor, or organizational structures
• Experience supporting Navy ERP migration, sustainment, or audit-remediation activities
• Knowledge of Navy ERP master data, including fund centers, cost centers, organization codes, UICs, WBS elements, networks, plants, business areas, and activity rates
• Experience with Navy or DoD systems such as DTS, DCPDS, TFMMS, TWMS, PBIS, Waypoints, DDRS, or Advana/Jupiter
• Experience supporting Navy command reorganizations or Portfolio Acquisition Executive implementation
• Experience developing resource-loaded schedules, POA&Ms, critical-path analyses, and executive status reports
• Current or prior DoD security clearance
