The Senior Network Support Engineer is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining a large enterprise network environment. This role involves responding to network incidents, supporting configuration and deployment of network equipment, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure network reliability.
Responsibilities- Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network systems
- Respond to incidents and perform Tier 2 network troubleshooting
- Configure and support Cisco and Aruba switching environments
- Troubleshoot and support F5 load balancing
- Support Zscaler administration and troubleshooting
- Coordinate network maintenance windows with customers and technical teams
- Configure and prepare networking equipment for production deployment
- Document incidents, changes, and resolutions within Service Now
- Escalate complex network issues to engineering teams
- Develop technical/process documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members
- Participate in occasional weekend or after-hours maintenance activities
- Security certification
- Network certification
