Operator Training Consultant

LMI seeks an Operator Training Consultant to support a Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S Border Patrol (USBP) office in the National Capital Region. Join our team of collaborative self-starters focused on delivering practical and efficient solutions to help our client keep U.S. borders safe and facilitate trade and travel. As part of our high-performing team, you will augment our vital work to provide "eyes and ears" technology to protect our nation.

This position can be performed remotely.
Occasional travel may be required. This position can be performed remotely, with a requirement to be on the client's site in Washington, D.C. when requested.

You will support systems' life cycle training management activities for our client's portfolio of programs, projects, demonstrations, and other efforts. As an Operator Training Consultant, you will apply your expertise in operator training principles, instructional systems design, and training program development to ensure operators are effectively prepared to use and maintain complex systems.
