Summary: Bridge Defense seeks highly qualified C4
ISR Analyst role at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling producing all-source intelligence on foreign military command, control, communications, computers (C4), and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to ICD 203 standards. Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and experience authoring DoD product lines for senior policymakers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct all-source intelligence research to assess foreign C4
ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities. - Analyze foreign military exercises and operations to identify tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs), doctrine, readiness, integration, and compatibility issues.
- Evaluate military C4
ISR assets (sensors, networks, nodes, targeting, survivability, denial/deception tactics). - Support technical targeting, network link analysis, and functional requirements for defense stakeholders.
- Produce complex written products and briefings tailored to senior policymakers or defense leaders
- Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards.
- 3+ years of experience in technical targeting, network link analysis, and functional requirements.
- HS diploma/GED with 7+ years in intelligence or cybersecurity, or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in intelligence or cybersecurity.
Additional Qualifications / Nice to have:
- Experience working in a Joint Staff environment
- Experience briefing senior defense clients
- Experience in computer engineering or network development.
- Knowledge of cyberspace strategy, policy, and concepts.
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community (IC) and Combatant Command environment.
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR.
