Role & responsibilities
- The Yardi System Administrator / Implementation Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, support, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Yardi platform supporting multifamily residential property management operations.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Yardi Voyager and related multifamily/ Commercial real estate applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, workflow failures, and user access concerns.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for property management, accounting and operational teams.
- Lead Yardi implementations, upgrades, acquisitions onboarding, and system optimization initiatives.
- Functional Configuration.
- Experience with SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Excel, and Yardi reporting tools.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data management principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Support integrations between Yardi and third-party applications including CRM, payment processing, screening, utility billing, and business intelligence platforms.
- Manage data imports, exports, ETL processes, and interface monitoring.
