Working across OCIO divisions and with field stakeholders, you'll document workflows, develop change management strategies, create transformation playbooks, and design frameworks enabling successful adoption of AI capabilities. This role requires analytical rigor combined with organizational change expertise and stakeholder empathy for a program of national importance.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and operational workflows across OCIO divisions and field operations to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, decision-making, automation, and mission outcomes

  • Develop business cases for AI initiatives quantifying expected benefits, resource requirements, implementation timelines, and success metrics
  • Support AI-PMO operations by providing business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management expertise for AI initiatives
  • Document as-is and to-be process maps, create business cases, and define KPIs to track AI implementation and transformation outcomes
  • Support organizational change management activities including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption planning for AI and technology transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional engagement with Cyber, Infrastructure, Mission Delivery, Business Support, and field stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives align with mission priorities
  • Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, AI ideation sessions, and collaborative problem-solving activities
  • Create communications materials, training content, and knowledge transfer assets supporting AI adoption; incorporate user feedback and lessons learned into playbooks
  • Support AI governance activities by documenting AI use case approval processes, decision criteria, and prioritization frameworks
