* What You Will Do:

*** Support requirements development for an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance (OIG), with a focus on identity lifecycle and governance processes.
* Document Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle requirements, governance workflows, role models, and related process updates.
* Build and deliver user training materials for access requests, user access attestation/certification cycles/campaigns, identity provisioning workflows, and end-user adoption.
* Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for workflow automation, approvals, and connector behavior, and help validate solution readiness.
* Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), quick-reference guides, job aids, and user communications to support change management and adoption readiness.
* Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of the solution.

* What You Will Need:

*** Five (5)+ years of overall work experience.
* Experience in IT modernization, Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM)/identity operations, or process engineering.
* Experience supporting requirements development, workflow documentation, and training for enterprise IT or identity solutions.
* Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including joiner/mover/leaver (JML) activities, access governance, and role-based workflows.
* Experience facilitating UAT, documenting test results, and supporting solution validation.
* Ability to develop clear, user-friendly documentation, SOPs, and training content.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED  TOP SECRET  Federal or DoD security clearance.
* US Citizenship is contractually required.
* Ability to work on site in Washington, DC, 5 days per week.
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** Experience with Okta OIG or other identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms.
* Experience supporting change management and adoption strategies for enterprise technology implementations.
* Familiarity with access request, attestation, provisioning, and governance automation processes.
* Experience working in a cybersecurity or defense-related environment.
* Prior experience creating training materials, quick-reference guides, and end-user communications for enterprise system rollouts.

The annual salary range for this position is $-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
