Technical Writer​/Editor

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support documentation for the Project Management Plan, career progression models, consolidated recommendations, implementation strategy, and implementation roadmap.
• Document stakeholder engagements and support preparation of briefings and presentations for Workforce Planning leadership, the CHCO, and executive-level personnel.
• Develop and finalize requirements documentation, supporting user documentation, and documentation associated with career progression tools.
• Develop training and support materials, including user guides, job aids, briefing materials, frequently asked questions, supervisor guidance, and recorded training content.
• Prepare and support interim briefings, consolidated recommendation presentations, technical reports, executive briefings, and final reports.
• Support preparation of post-deployment evaluation summaries and monthly progress reports.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years technical writing/editing for federal or law enforcement projects.
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects of similar size and complexity.
