- The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand business requirements, identify process improvements, and support successful Salesforce project delivery.
- 5+ years of Business analyst role with Salesforce technologies
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation to support solution design.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process modeling and business process management concepts.
