Job Summary:
The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing Tier III technical support and administration for enterprise environments, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra , and endpoint management. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, system maintenance, and supporting cybersecurity and compliance initiatives across cloud, server, and endpoint platforms.
Responsibilities:- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra .
- Manage Windows Server and supported Linux platforms.
- Support endpoint management through Intune and related tools.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Support patching, software deployment, and configuration management.
- Resolve escalated incidents beyond Tier I/II support.
- Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.
Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 5+ years of systems administration experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra .
Certifications:
- Microsoft certifications.
- Experience in Federal environments.
- May require adherence to federal compliance and cybersecurity standards.
- Support for enterprise environments with potential on-call escalation duties.
- Standard business hours with possible on-call or after-hours support as needed.
