CTG is seeking a skilled Epic Radiant Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, clinical application knowledge, and hands‑on experience supporting imaging workflows. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality of Epic's Radiant module, supporting both break/fix issues and application enhancements.
Remote, Pacific hours
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support.
- Apply deep understanding of imaging applications and workflows to optimize system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the Radiant module.
- Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals.
- Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables.
- Epic Radiant Certification (required).
- Extensive experience with imaging workflows and clinical application support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
