Peloton is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. This role is ideal for an experienced Oracle Cloud professional who enjoys developing long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted business advisor, and helping organizations continuously improve their Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions. As an AMS Solution Architect, you will provide functional leadership across multiple client engagements, partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, optimize business processes, resolve complex functional issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

While this role includes hands‑on support for complex Oracle SCM service requests and enhancement activities, its primary focus is delivering strategic guidance, exceptional client service, and business process optimization.

• Serve as the trusted functional advisor for assigned Oracle Cloud SCM managed services clients.
• Develop strong relationships with business leaders, IT organizations, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead recurring governance meetings, service reviews, and roadmap discussions.
• Understand clients' strategic objectives and proactively recommend Oracle Cloud capabilities that improve business performance.
• Build long-term client partnerships by delivering exceptional service, responsiveness, and business value.

• Evaluate existing supply chain business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Oracle Cloud best practices.
• Facilitate business process workshops to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate evolving business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Recommend automation opportunities and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with clients to maximize Oracle Cloud adoption and return on investment.
