ABOUT THE ROLE

The Net Suite Developer should have extensive experience in design software and interface. You are expected to implement and manage configurations, customizations, and integrations to support a growing and thriving organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem solving, has a keen eye for recommending and developing process improvements, evaluating tools, and implementing enhancements to the ERP system. This position will collaborate closely with management to ensure that the Net Suite system is aligned with our business and corporate objectives.

In this role you’ll get to…

• developing, customizing, configuring, and testing Net Suite ERP modules and workflows
• develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality supporting our evolving business needs
• guide the team in the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development
• plan, review and manage change configurations and customization requests
• research and analyze application behaviors and improve performance and stability
• develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to confirm data integrity
• configure Net Suite to align to company use of forms, field and customer records to manage unique business process requirements
• ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in Net Suite and other IT financial enterprise applications
• provide data and generate reports to help with analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management and support for optimal usage
• evaluate new or under-used Net Suite functionality, assist with defining functional specifications for business function specific customizations
• design and build enhancements and new financial systems functionality to support business needs, while maintaining scalability, ensuring system integrity, security, best practices and leveraging data where possible to spotlight impact

On day one we’ll expect you to…

• have 3+ years’ experience with Net Suite development experience
• possess Net Suite Certifications are a plus. Preferred

  Net Suite Suite Cloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant
• have data management familiarity (SQL, XML, JSON)
• have familiarity in integration approaches and strategies, preferably work involving web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL, REST)
• have strong experience with Net Suite integrations with third party applications and Net Suite APIs
• be strongly knowledgeable and experienced with Java script, Suite Script, and the Suite Cloud customization platform
• have general knowledge of building and maintaining web applications both front-end (java script/css/html) and back-end (server side)
• have hands on experience designing solutions, installing software and data migration in a software delivery project environment
• familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and Git for code branching and proper deployment methodology
• functionally proficient as a Net Suite user, able to advise users on ideal use cases for customizations vs native functionality
• have familiarity with IT transformation and experience managing business needs and requirements to IT deliverables
• possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• have good analytical judgment and problem-solving skills while demonstrating high ethical standards
• be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• be a team player and self-starter
• have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
• be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
• be a current resident of the Philippines and can legally perform work from there
• be willing to work in US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PST which corresponds to 12am-9am PH time, if not DST)
