Задачи- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and align them with organizational goals
- Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team to align on project scope and objectives
- Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct gap analyses to identify improvement and optimization opportunities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews
- Assist with testing, including UAT, and validate requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project requirements or scope changes
- Suggest process improvements and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- 5+ Years of experience as an IT Business Analyst focused on web and software development projects
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Experience creating and managing BRDs, user stories, and functional documentation
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, , or similar project management platforms
- Proficiency in creating BPMN diagrams using tools such as Lucidchart, and in wire framing and prototyping
- Understanding of data analysis tools and techniques for reporting and decision-making
- Practical experience integrating LLMs / AI tools into daily workflows
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent time management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements
