• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify gaps in the team’s adoption of the Scrum Framework and guide the team toward best practices
• Coach the team to embrace Scrum Values and Agile Manifesto principles
• Promote and maintain a steady sprint rhythm, ensuring predictability and focus
• Support team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments as a servant leader and enable the team’s success
• Encourage a culture of learning, transparency, and accountability within the team

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Proven experience identifying Scrum adoption gaps and leading teams to improved practices
• Strong understanding of Scrum Values, Agile Manifesto values, and principles
• Experience in team development and coaching practices
• Commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or above
