For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will serve as a trusted technical advisor across pre-sales and post-sale engagement, helping customers design and implement effective cybersecurity and compliance solutions. The position will partner closely with account teams and internal stakeholders to translate complex security capabilities into clear business value for enterprise clients. It will also gather customer feedback and help shape future product enhancements that improve security outcomes and service delivery.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
Responsibilities- Serve as the technical expert for the company's security offerings
- Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions and customized product demonstrations
- Design tailored security and compliance frameworks in partnership with Account Executives
- Advise clients on aligning security practices with regulatory frameworks
- Provide post-sale technical consulting and security optimization guidance
- Collaborate with Product Management to share customer feedback and inform feature enhancements
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical solution architecture for cybersecurity or managed security solutions
- Hands‑on expertise in Email Security, including phishing defense and DMARC/DKIM/SPF
- Solid understanding of user security methods such as IAM and MFA
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, NIST, and CMMC
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and vulnerability assessment tools
- Understanding of MSP service delivery models and SOC workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
