Advanced Cloudbeds

This role focuses on advanced payment support for hoteliers using Cloudbeds’ CB Pay system, handling chargebacks, payouts, disputes, and reconciliation issues where real money and trust are ond troubleshooting, the role involves proactive payments onboarding, customer education, and feeding insights from real cases back to product and engineering teams.

Candidates should have hospitality operations experience, ideally with career growth in that field, plus a few years of experience in payments or fintech. Strong problem solving skills, comfort working with numbers and incomplete information, and excellent written and verbal communication are required. Knowledge of PCI compliance and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese are considered bonus skills.

This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates in the US and Canada. US-based compensation ranges from $70,000 to $89,000 annually. Applicants must be authorized to work in their location without visa sponsorship.
