Technical Support Engineer - 2nd Shift

Role overview

A second-shift technical support role within a medical device customer service organization. The engineer delivers remote support to customers and field teams during evening hours and is available on-site when requested by leadership.

• Respond to technical support cases from medical device customers during a fixed evening shift
• Troubleshoot product issues, document findings, and drive timely resolutions
• Coordinate with field support colleagues on cases that require on-site attention or escalation
• Uphold service quality and compliance standards within a regulated customer support environment
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders across written and verbal channels

• Background in customer service or technical support, ideally within medical devices or another regulated industry
• Ability to work a fixed evening shift schedule
• Comfort operating remotely and traveling on-site when requested by leadership
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills
• Experience appropriate to a Level 2 professional support role

• Hourly compensation in an approximate band of $44–$66, depending on region
• Remote-first working model with on-site presence only when requested
