Client is looking for a Sim Corp GAIN Platform Engineer
.
The client is currently going through investment platform changes and needs a strong Platform Engineer with hands-on Sim Corp GAIN Studio experience. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly identify issues within GAIN workflows, troubleshoot problems, and implement fixes within accelerated time frames. This person will also work closely with Sim Corp Professional Services while augmenting the client's existing team.
Key Requirements:- Strong hands-on experience with Sim Corp GAIN Studio / GAIN Platform
. - Strong technical knowledge of C# and .NET to develop and modify Sim Corp GAIN workflows.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues quickly.
- Strong knowledge of Security Master attributes
. - Experience in Asset Management / Investment Management is a plus.
- 8+ years of overall .NET development experience with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
. - Strong SQL and database design experience, preferably with SQL Server.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architectures.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with
Dev Ops, CI/CD, automated testing, JavaScript, Angular, React
, or relevant Azure/.NET certifications is a plus. Experience mentoring junior engineers is also desirable.
