Digital Strategy Consultants work with higher education leaders to assess current‑state digital capability, define future‑state priorities, and translate institutional ambition into practical, actionable roadmaps.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery. It supports institutions in understanding where they are today, where they need to get to, and what needs to change across systems, governance, processes, people, data, and decision‑making to get there.
Engagements may involve digital maturity assessments, enterprise planning, platform strategy, governance design, service modernisation, and multi‑year transformation planning.
What You May Work On:You may support clients to assess digital maturity, define digital strategies, develop transformation roadmaps, facilitate senior workshops, support governance design, shape investment cases, and translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans.
Experience We Commonly Look For:Common experience includes digital strategy, enterprise planning, digital transformation, higher education systems, executive facilitation, governance models, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and institutional planning.
You May Be a Strong Fit If:You are comfortable working with ambiguity, drawing insight from complex environments, and helping leadership teams make clear, evidence‑based decisions.
You can communicate strategic concepts in a way that is practical, structured, and useful to both executive and delivery audiences.
