Techno Functional Consultant

Yardi System Administrator / Implementation Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, support, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Yardi platform supporting multifamily residential property management operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between property operations, accounting, leasing, resident services, and technology teams to ensure Yardi solutions effectively support business objectives and resident experience initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Yardi Voyager with hands-on knowledge of multifamily property management processes, including leasing, resident accounting, affordable housing programs, procurement, maintenance operations, and resident engagement platforms. The individual will lead system implementations, enhancements, integrations, reporting initiatives, and user adoption efforts across the organization.

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Yardi Voyager and related multifamily applications.
• Configure properties, charge schedules, workflows, resident accounting processes, approval hierarchies, and operational settings.
• Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, workflow failures, and user access concerns.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for property management, accounting, and operational teams.
• Coordinate and manage support cases with Yardi and third-party vendors.
• Monitor application performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend system enhancements.

• Lead Yardi implementations, upgrades, acquisitions onboarding, and system optimization initiatives.
• Gather business and operational requirements from property management, accounting, asset management, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, testing strategies, deployment schedules, and training programs.
• Coordinate system configuration, data migration, validation, and go-live activities.
• Manage risks, issue resolution, stakeholder communications, and project documentation throughout implementation efforts.
• Support portfolio growth through onboarding of new multifamily communities and ownership structures.

• Support leasing, move-in, move-out, renewals, rent collection, resident communications, and maintenance operations.
• Assist property management teams with operational process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure system configurations align with multifamily business policies and compliance requirements.
• Support affordable housing and compliance-related processes when applicable.
• Partner with operations leaders to improve property-level performance and reporting capabilities.

• Manage user provisioning, security roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Conduct periodic security reviews and access audits.
• Maintain segregation-of-duties controls and compliance with internal governance standards.
• Troubleshoot security-related issues and manage role-based access configurations.
• Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of employees and third-party users.

• Develop and maintain operational, financial, and occupancy reports.
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and executive scorecards.
• Support KPIs related to occupancy, leasing velocity, delinquency, renewals, maintenance performance, and financial results.
• Analyze reporting requirements and deliver meaningful business insights.
• Partner with accounting, asset management, and operations teams to improve data visibility and decision-making.

• Support integrations between Yardi and third-party applications including CRM, payment processing, screening, utility billing, and business intelligence platforms.
• Manage data imports, exports, ETL processes, and interface monitoring.
