Workday HCM Consultant Workday CertifiedExperience: 5+

Location: Remote
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM and SAP HCM
. The candidate will be responsible for Workday HCM implementation, configuration, enhancement, integration support, and production support activities.
Workday certification is mandatory for this position.
Candidates without a valid Workday certification will not be considered.
Must-Have Skills- Mandatory:
Valid Workday HCM Certification - Strong hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Consultant
. - Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM and HR business processes.
- Experience with SAP HCM / SAP HR
. - Experience in Workday configuration and business process management.
- Knowledge of Workday security, reporting, calculated fields, and business processes.
- Experience in Workday implementation, enhancement, or production support projects.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
- Experience with testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes including hiring, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations.
- Experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services
. - Knowledge of Workday integrations.
- Experience with Workday Reporting and Advanced Reporting.
- Exposure to SAP HCM integration with other HR systems.
- Experience working with global HR processes and multiple business stakeholders
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM based on business requirements.
- Analyze HR requirements and provide appropriate Workday solutions.
- Configure Workday business processes, organizations, security, and related HCM functionality.
- Support Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday functional issues.
- Coordinate with technical and integration teams for Workday integrations.
- Support Workday releases and evaluate the impact of new functionality.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and other project documentation.
- Leverage SAP HCM knowledge to support HR transformation and HRIS initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related discipline.
Mandatory: Active/valid Workday HCM Certification in a relevant Workday module.
Candidates without Workday certification will not be considered.
