Overview
The Washington, DC office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer - Document Management System (DMS) and Legal Applications. The Senior Systems Engineer – DMS and Legal Applications is responsible for the administration, integration, optimization and support of the firm's Document Management System (DMS) and core legal applications portfolio. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert for the technologies that enable matter management, document lifecycle management, legal workflow automation, records management, knowledge management, collaboration, and attorney productivity.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities/
Qualifications:
- Design and support integrations between legal applications and enterprise systems.
- Utilize APIs, Power Shell, SQL, Power Automate, and middleware technologies.
- Manage metadata synchronization among DMS, practice management, records management, and security platforms.
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth, and Entra .
- At least 5+ years supporting legal applications in an Am Law, professional services, or enterprise environment.
- 3+ years supporting legal technology platforms within a law firm or legal services organization.
- Experience with iManage, Net Documents, Aderant, Elite, Litera, Big Hand, Intapp, Relativity, or comparable systems.
- Experience with legal application integrations and enterprise software implementations.
- Experience working in a large multi-office professional services environment.
