We are seeking a Senior AV Specialist with 6–8 years of corporate AV experience to provide high-quality, onsite support for enterprise conference rooms, executive meeting spaces, and collaboration environments. This role requires a hands‑on professional who can independently manage AV support, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver a white‑glove experience for business leaders and stakeholders.

• Provide day‑to‑day onsite AV support for corporate conference rooms and executive meeting spaces
• Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio‑visual systems for meetings, presentations, and hybrid collaboration sessions
• Support video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Web Ex
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot AV control systems such as Crestron and Extron
• Deliver white‑glove AV support for executives and high‑visibility meetings
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AV incidents during meetings and events
• Proactively identify and resolve AV issues to minimize downtime
• Partner with IT, facilities, and workplace services teams to ensure consistent AV performance
• Document room configurations, known issues, and resolution steps
• Provide limited after‑hours or on‑call support as required for critical meetings
• Fully onsite corporate office environment
• High interaction with executives and business leaders
• Occasional after‑hours support for critical meetings or events
• Moderate lifting of AV equipment as needed

• 6–8 years of hands‑on AV experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Strong experience supporting conference rooms, executive boardrooms, and collaboration spaces
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across audio, video, control systems, and signal flow
• Proven experience with Crestron and/or Extron control systems
• Deep familiarity with enterprise video conferencing platforms
• Ability to operate independently and make real‑time decisions during meetings
• Strong communication and customer service skills, especially with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑expectation corporate settings
