Role OverviewThe Container Infrastructure Engineer will support the enhancement, maintenance, and operationalization of the Open Shift platform. This position will serve as an Open Shift-focused infrastructure resource, supporting containerization, automation, Dev Sec Ops initiatives, observability, and platform engineering activities.
Production/client-facing Open Shift experience is preferred. Candidates who have passed, or are actively pursuing, the Red Hat Certified Specialist in Open Shift Administration (EX280) certification are also preferred.

Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, maintain, and operationalize Open Shift Operators.
- Support projects designed to enhance the capabilities and feature set of the Open Shift platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Open Shift, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Support logging, service mesh, monitoring, and observability platforms.
- Develop automation tools, scripts, and processes to improve infrastructure operations.
- Contribute to the team's infrastructure automation initiatives.
- Support Dev Sec Ops automation and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with application development teams on containerization and infrastructure requirements.
- Support CI/CD processes and tools, including Jenkins.
- Work with event-driven frameworks and related technologies.
- Utilize AWS services and tools within the infrastructure environment.
- Apply coding and scripting skills using Java, Shell, and Python.
- Participate in triage, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis activities.
