Program Manager

emerjence LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the overall management, coordination, and execution of IT-related projects and programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring contractual requirements, project objectives, schedules, and deliverables are successfully achieved while maintaining high standards of technical quality and performance.

The ideal candidate is an organized and results-oriented professional with experience managing complex IT programs, coordinating technical teams, monitoring project performance, and supporting successful contract execution.

• Provide overall management and execution oversight for IT-related projects and programs.
• Direct, coordinate, and control complex program and project activities from initiation through completion.
• Manage day-to-day contract support operations with minimal supervision.
• Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical and operational teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and successfully executed.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical products, services, and project deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate appropriate mitigation and resolution activities.
• Monitor program performance against established requirements, schedules, and objectives.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, leadership, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities remain aligned with contractual requirements and organizational objectives.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and overall program performance.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in program management, project management, IT operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting IT-related projects or programs.
• Experience tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and performance.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage program activities with minimal supervision.

• Experience managing complex IT projects involving multiple technical teams or stakeholders.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts or programs.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience preparing project status reports, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings.
