The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking a Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC) (Branch Chief) for its Enterprise Infrastructure & Microsoft Cloud Branch. As Branch Chief, you will lead enterprise infrastructure and cloud services, ensuring reliability, security, modernization, operational resilience, and COOP/DR readiness while managing technical staff, contractors, and major infrastructure and cloud initiatives. Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, Ameri Corps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:

- Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants must also meet the minimum qualification requirement.
