Minimum Required Skills

• Fully fluent in English and Spanish
• Demonstrate experience and expertise in cultural awareness and sensitivity regarding Spanish-speaking populations
• Locate interviewing space and coordinate interviews for research studies as defined in Performance
• At least 5 years of experience with survey research or social sciences research with Spanish-speaking populations including experience and knowledge of the types of participants required for survey
• Existing contacts with local (DC Metro area) community organizations servicing the Spanish-speaking community with the existing relationships being in place for at least one year
• Proficient in using Access databases and Microsoft Excel.
