A respected legal firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for its Washington, D.C. office. Two positions are available: one targeting a candidate with 4 to 7 years of employer-side litigation experience, including class actions and wage law; the other for 3 to 4 years of employment litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation skills, including researching, drafting, and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions.
Admission to the D.C. bar is required.
