We are hiring a senior-level Specialist Paralegal with deep expertise in ITC and IP litigation. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can independently manage complex litigation responsibilities, support trial teams, and serve as a subject-matter resource under attorney direction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and organize complex IP and ITC litigation matters from pre-trial through trial
- Prepare, review, and file pleadings and submissions with courts and agencies, including the ITC
- Lead document productions and oversee e-discovery workflows (Relativity)
- Support depositions, hearings, and trials (exhibits, witness prep, binders, logistics)
- Draft and format motions in limine, jury instructions, verdict forms, and related filings
- Conduct legal and factual research (Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, EDIS, USPTO)
- Maintain case databases and litigation files
- 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- 7+ years focused on IP litigation
- Extensive ITC trial experience (required)
- Arbitration and trial support experience
