A prestigious, nationally ranked Trademark Boutique is looking to add a junior to mid-level attorney to join its robust practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years of trademark prosecution experience, preferably from a larger firm with corporate clients, with some trademark searching experience being important
- Candidates with blended experience involving litigation/TTAB can be considered
- Strong academic credentials
This is a firm formed by partners formerly at a premier national IP firm. Clients are all large, household names (this is not a "mom and pop" shop despite being a smaller firm) spanning various industries including the entertainment sector. The firm is open to traditional, partner track associates where there is a real clear and defined runway for growth, or also open to attorneys that seek an off-track or alternate arrangement where they can do high-level, interesting work on specific terms.
