Nationally recognized real estate practice seeks a senior transactional attorney to lead acquisitions, financings, and large-scale development projects. You must be admitted in D.C and Maryland or Virginia and comfortable handling high-value, multi-state deals.

• Major-Market Deals: Advise private equity clients and developers on complex cross-border transactions exceeding $500M+.
• Strategic Leadership: Directly manage junior attorneys and interface with investors, lenders, and architects to close challenging projects.
• Elite Compensation & Flexibility: $240K–$260K base with year-end bonuses, origination sharing, and remote/hybrid options tailored to your schedule.

• Lead negotiation and execution of acquisitions, financing, and development projects.
• Oversee title, zoning, and regulatory review for multi-jurisdictional assets.
