We are partnering with a top-tier Am Law 50 firm to recruit an outstanding mid-level M&A Associate for its Washington, D.C. office. This practice advises on public and private transactions across a wide range of industries and offers associates meaningful exposure to sophisticated, high-profile deal work.
The ideal candidate will have:4–6 years of relevant transactional M&A experience
Compensation & highlights:- Base salary range: $365,000 – $420,000 (Washington, D.C.) Compensation determined based on experience, skills, and job-related factors, consistent with applicable law
