Key Responsibilities

As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will:

• Represent clients in federal district courts, appellate courts, and administrative proceedings
• Handle civil and administrative litigation involving employment disputes, investigations, and security clearance matters
• Conduct detailed legal and factual investigations related to personnel and workplace issues
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and appellate filings
• Advise clients on statutory and constitutional issues
• Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues in a team‑driven environment
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, strategic counsel
